The Association of Cultural Guides and Managers (AGMC) promotes Romanian and international culture through education, dialogue, and events dedicated to both the general public and professionals. We aim to contribute to the professional development of cultural guides and managers, while upholding the principles of equality, dignity, and inclusion. Our goal is to create a space where art and cultural heritage become accessible to everyone.

Our mission is to promote culture and support the professional development of cultural guides and managers through education, research, and cultural mediation, contributing to the cultural growth of society.

1. Bringing together art professionals and enthusiasts on a platform for dialogue and joint action.

2. Organizing cultural events (tours, conferences, debates, online presentations).

3. Facilitating access to culture for underprivileged communities.

4. Supporting research and documentation on Romanian and international art.

5. Creating a specialized library (both physical and digital).

6. Collaborating with cultural institutions in Romania to provide professional services through our members.
